Four Seasons in One Day

During my time at Horizon Services, I successfully managed a diverse portfolio of 19 brands across the northern, mid-Atlantic, southern regions of the East Coast, and as far as Texas. This role required a blend of strategic coordination and creative vision.

Each month, my dedicated team and I produced a wide range of deliverables, including direct mail campaigns, engaging email communications, polished landing page designs, attention-grabbing TV and CTV advertisements, dynamic YouTube content, vibrant social media initiatives, striking out-of-home displays, and technician handouts, all aimed at keeping our brands prominent and appealing.

Working alongside a nimble team of art directors, designers, copywriters, and video editors, we demonstrated that exceptional results can be achieved with a small yet effective team. I also played a key role in selecting a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and led several internal projects designed to streamline and improve our creative workflows.

CREATIVE AND ART DIRECTION, CONCEPT STRATEGY, PRINT DESIGN & PRODUCTION, PRESS CHECK MANAGEMENT

Created a comprehensive Brand Guidelines for Horizon Services, a $750 million dollar company, to be implemented across all 19 distinct brands.

Offered creative direction to the video editor for a 30-second TV spot for Harp Home Services. These spots ran in over 20 markets on the East Coast.

Guided the creative direction for YouTube and social media videos, which increased engagement over 20%.

Designed and implemented a tri-fold mailer brochure to replace the traditional letter and inserts used in our monthly mailings, which exceed 800,000 pieces. This innovative approach not only enhanced our messaging effectiveness but also resulted in savings of over $50,000 per month for the company.

Directed the design for out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including billboards and bus wraps, which significantly increased brand visibility and awareness in key markets. By creating eye-catching visuals and strategically targeting high-traffic areas, these campaigns effectively engaged our audience and reinforced our brand presence within the community.
